Timothy Bearb
Timothy Bearb is a trial lawyer with experience in insurance property loss, breach of contract, personal injury and employment litigation. His insurance litigation practice includes helping plaintiffs in first party insurance claims resulting from property loss - including bad faith litigation and the Insurance Fair Conduct Act. Timothy Bearb also has experience helping clients in personal injury matters and employment-related disputes.
While attending law school, Timothy Bearb traveled the country as a member of several Varsity Moot Court teams, including a team that competed in New York for the Duberstein National Bankruptcy competition. While attending the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Bearb was a member of the UTA golf team.
