Christina Sherman

Christina Sherman (Of Counsel) is a trial lawyer who dedicates her practice exclusively to working on behalf of those injured by other's negligence and bad faith. She went to law school to help real people, not insurance companies, or corporations. She handles admiralty and maritime cases and personal injury cases on behalf of injured people. She also represents persons in bad faith actions against insurance companies who wrongfully deny coverage to their clients. She fights to achieve justice and compensation for each and every client.

Christina has obtained substantial judgments for her clients. These successes are evident in her "suberb attorney" AVVO Rating. Most importantly, Christina values her relationships with her clients. These are evident in their comments:

Christina was the perfect combination of compassionate & competent. Throughout my case, I had peace of mind that she was a fierce advocate for my interests, while at the same time being patient, insightful, kind, and accessible in our interactions. While my top priority was having a brilliant lawyer who would win my case, I also discovered a person of great character, who was an all-around pleasure to work with. I recommend Christina to any one who needs top notch legal representation, and appreciates too a highly skilled communicator along the way.
Auto Injury Client, 2010

Christina helped us on a maritime lawsuit that went to trial. She was truly outstanding in the sense that she was quick on her feet -- able to think of questions and responses instantaneously, while under extreme pressure. She was responsive to all our questions. Christina was knowledgeable about the case law and took time to do her research. What I really liked about Christina, is that she was approachable -- we felt comfortable speaking to her about every aspect of the case -- and she was confident enough to explain it in layman's terms. I would highly recommend her as an attorney who would get the job done.
Maritime Injury Client, 2010

Christina Sherman is a fierce advocate, poised and professional. She represented the Technical Employees Association in a case that establishes a precedent that will serve to protect the rights our Association and many other public employees as local governments seek to contain their costs in the face of falling revenues. Christina is an insightful and very approachable attorney who communicates well and often with her clients. I give Christina Sherman high marks. She earns them.
